Description: A presentation by PRAXIS International for, both advocates and leadership, with the goal of helping agencies strategize around increasing advocate wellness and decreasing burnout and turnover. This training will feature a respective breakout sessions (one for attendees who are direct service advocates and one for leadership at sexual assault agencies) to allow for one-on-one time with the facilitators, Kata Issari and Kimber Nicoletti-Martinez.
