Description:
FCASV invites you to join us for a legal clinic featuring Florida Legal Services. This clinic will center the rights and needs of survivors experiencing incarceration or detention throughout Florida. We will use advocates’ answers to the recent survey, Advocates Survey for Incarcerated Survivor Services, to address incarcerated survivors’ rights, common barriers and needs, and available services. If you did not have a chance to provide feedback, you can still do so. There is also a question on the zoom registration that will allow you to let the legal team know of any questions you have regarding the rights of incarcerated survivors.
While this is a Rural Project offering, we encourage all SA staff and relevant partners who can attend, to do so.
