Description:
We are excited to extend an invitation to victim advocates for our Advocate Meeting. This meeting will include a training focusing on the new Title IX regulations that went into effect in August of 2020. We will discuss what the new regulations are, how they impact survivors, how they will likely impact advocates’ roles when working within the Title IX process, and what resources are available for survivors going through the Title IX process.

This is not the monthly advocate check-in we have been having over the last year but will be a meeting that will help advocates collaborate and discuss issues pertaining to their work. This meeting will count towards the advocate’s required 8hrs of training for the year. Please make sure to register for this training.
