Our Leadership Institute this year will focus on recruitment, retention, succession planning, and resilient leadership in an effort to support the work of SAPs around the state of Florida.
FCASV understands that this is a challenging time for programs and program leadership. We will provide a space for program leaders to talk about these challenges and receive concrete assistance in meeting them.
