Sonya Lowe is the Quality Assurance Administrator with the Gulf Coast Sexual Assault Program. In this role, Sonya provides technical assistance and support to Victim Advocates to include programmatic documentation, reports, training, and statistics. A big believer in victim's rights, Sonya supports survivors and the mission of the FCASV.

Sonya is no stranger to victim advocacy, having spent 7 years as a Program Coordinator where she lead a team of Victim Advocates who provided immediate response to sexual violence. Sonya has more than 20 years of advocacy experience in serving marginalized populations.

Prior to starting her career in sexual violence advocacy, Sonya spent 12 years as a Director of Operations for at-risk youth. In this role, Sonya was responsible for safety, education and behavior modification of youth.

Passionate about FCASV and its possibilities, Sonya hopes to provide services that help survivors heal and thrive.
