Shinece Carr MA, CPE, Founder and President of Survivor’s Healing Sanctuary. Shinece has provided services to victims of sexual assault & their families for over 12 years. Prior to that she worked with mothers and children who were at risk. She is the Regional Coordinator of the 7th Judicial Circuit, Florida Crisis Response Team and volunteers with the Military Spouse Advocacy Network.

Shinece completed a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Psychology at Bethune Cookman University & a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Counseling at Liberty University. She is a Certified Adococate in both Sexual Assault Advocate and Domestic Violence. Shinece provides community and workplace training in Trauma Informed Care, Suicide Prevention, Crisis Intervention, Future’s Without Violence, Sexual Assault in the workplace/Prevention, and Youth/Young Adult Bystander Intervention.
