Sandra Hand: Compliance Director

Sandra has been with FCASV since 2005. She oversees all aspects of contract administration with FCASV’s certified sexual assault programs and other funding recipients. In addition to implementing the Council’s formal contract administration procedures, from 2005-2012 she directed the rape crises center certification process. Before joining FCASV, Sandra worked for the Dept. of Community Affairs and the Dept. of Children and Families in various compliance-related roles. Moving into the area of criminal justice, Sandra managed multiple Department of Justice grants, including Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for Prisoners, Violent Offender Incarceration and Truth-in-Sentencing (VOI/TIS) Incentive Grant Program, Local Law Enforcement Block Grants and STOP Violence Against Women. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and being creative.
