Gina Dickerson has been in a leadership role at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay for a span of 8 years. Currently, she serves as the Director of Sexual Assault Services, overseeing the operations of the county's rape crisis center. With over 17 years of experience in sexual assault victim advocacy, Gina has worked extensively with both children and adults. She is recognized as an expert in providing training for families, schools, healthcare providers, and law enforcement.

Additionally, She serves on the Commission on Human Trafficking and coordinates the county Sexual Assault Response Team.

In her personal time, Gina enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling.
