Taylor Biro

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Taylor serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for FCASV, where she manages the STOP Law Enforcement program. Additionally, Taylor works to strengthen services for survivors who are living with a disability and those who have been impacted by human trafficking. For the last decade, Taylor has worked alongside youth who were experiencing homelessness, running away, or who were impacted by sexual exploitation. During this time, Taylor administered training on policies, capacity building, and best practices to serve the LGBTQ+ community and youth who have been historically oppressed. Taylor is passionate about trauma-informed care, person-centered approaches, and the equitable distribution of power within institutions meant to serve survivors.
