Jesse Kemper

Jesse Kemper is the Disability Project Collaborative Coordinator for the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence. The Disability Project Collaborative Coordinator is responsible for managing the Training and Services to End Violence Against Women with Disabilities Grant Program provided by the Office on Violence Against Women.  She received a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Master of Science in Education from Florida State University.  She began her career in teaching and then moved into child and family protective services.  She has worked at the local and state level with the Florida Early Steps Program, providing intervention services to families with children with developmental delays and disabilities.  Most recently she worked for the state of Florida as a Health Education Program Consultant with the Family Planning Program, where she sat on the Florida statewide Human Trafficking Committee.
