Jennifer Counts: Supervising Attorney

Jennifer Counts is the Supervising Attorney for FCASV. She is a former Assistant State Attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit. During her time as a prosecutor, she handled various types of cases including sexual assault cases involving children and adults. She has tried multiple felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile delinquency cases. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer was a Bilingual Adult Advocate at The Haven of RCS, a domestic violence center in Pinellas County, which started her passion for advocacy work.

 

Jennifer received her Bachelor's in Sociology at the University of South Florida and received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
